We want you to be completely satisfied with your Ringtons purchase, but if your tea, coffee, or treats aren't quite right, we offer a straightforward returns process for all unopened products. Please note that for food safety reasons, we can only accept returns on items that remain in their original, sealed packaging within 28 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Reach out to our dedicated support team via email or phone with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a return authorization.

  Secure Your Package

  Place the unopened items securely back into their original shipping box or a similar sturdy container to ensure they arrive back at our facility in perfect condition.

  Affix Shipping Label

  Print and attach the provided return label to the outside of your parcel, ensuring any previous delivery labels are fully covered or removed.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
